I’m looking for a 32-inch monitor with excellent gaming performance. 1440p at 165Hz sounds like a sweet spot, but is it better to push for 4K? I mostly play action-adventure and some competitive shooters. Any concerns about pixel density at this size? I’m open to spending up to $700—suggestions welcome!
I love my Samsung Odyssey Neo G8. Used for several months now. Perfect monitor.
I went through a whole thing trying to settle on a 32-inch panel last year. I was super worried about pixel density too, so I actually bought a 1440p model first from a pretty big-name brand. I figured it would be easier on my system, but once it was on my desk, the text clarity just felt a bit off for daily use tho.
For action-adventure and shooters, 1440p at 165Hz offers a great balance of performance and smoothness. The Alienware AW3225QF is a solid choice within your budget.
