I'm planning to build a gaming PC and want to ensure I choose the best RAM for performance. I've heard that DDR5 is the way to go, but I'm unsure about the ideal speed and latency. Should I aim for 6000MT/s or higher? Any recommendations for specific RAM kits would also be appreciated!

DDR5 6000 CL30 or CL28.
