Can 850W PSU handle the new GeForce RTX 5090 and 9800X3D?

Based on the technical constraints, a 850W PSU might work, but it's cutting it close. Undervolting could help manage power demands safely. However, current recommendations suggest a 1000W PSU as the minimum, with some users opting for 1200-1600W units for better headroom and future-proofing.
