Which screen protector actually handles drops the best? My clumsiness is legendary and I just cracked my screen for the third time this year, so I need something serious before I trade in for the new iPhone next week.
Im currently looking at the Spigen GlasTR and the Zagg Glass Elite, or maybe just splurging on that Belkin one at the Apple Store. My budget is around 40 bucks max, but if something cheaper is just as good, that would be awesome since I live in a pricey city and everything costs way too much here. Is it worth paying extra for the Zagg warranty or does the Spigen hold up fine on its own?
^ This. Also, since youre getting a new phone, keep in mind that a protector is only half the battle. If youre as clumsy as you say, you really need a case with a decent lip around the edge. Adding my two cents on protection, I would suggest looking into the Torras Diamond Shield Screen Protector because it feels pretty thick compared to the cheaper ones. Make sure to watch a tutorial before applying it too. Some tips for success:
Oh man, I totally feel your pain! Three screens in a year is brutal. Honestly, skip the pricey Apple Store options, you are just paying for the logo there. I have been using the Spigen GlasTR EZ FIT Tempered Glass for a while now and it is absolutely amazing! It is super easy to install because of the tray and it feels just like the real screen.
Tbh, stop wasting money on those expensive ones. I dropped mine constantly and the ESR Armorite Screen Protector saved me tons. Just be careful with the alignment when applying it!
Solid advice 👍
