I'm finally upgrading to the PS5 Pro and need a solid wireless headset. My old one has terrible connection issues lately.

I'm looking for:

  • Support for 3D audio
  • At least 20 hours of battery

I really need something comfortable for long sessions. What are the best wireless headsets for PS5 and PS5 Pro?

If you're looking for a solid deal, the Turtle Beach Stealth 600 Gen 3 Wireless is a great budget pick. It hits like 80 hours of battery and supports the PS5 3D audio perfectly. But for pure comfort, I'd go with the HyperX Cloud III Wireless 120hr Battery. The memory foam is top tier and those 53mm drivers really bring out the technical details. You wont regret the battery life lol.

I was in your shoes a few months back when my old pair finally died mid-boss fight lol. Honestly, I decided to stick with the official gear and got the Sony PlayStation Pulse Elite Wireless Headset. I was worried about the price at first but the planar magnetic drivers actually make a huge difference for that 3D audio... everything sounds so crisp. It gets about 30 hours of battery too so it hits your target easily. One practical tip: they come with a charging hanger which is super handy for cable management. If you want something that feels like clouds on your ears, the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro 2023 Edition Wireless is also a beast tho. The comfort is top tier for long sessions and the battery life is like 70 hours... basically means you wont have to charge it more than once a week which is a huge plus tbh.

Coming back to see what everyone suggested... looks like you've got plenty of options between the Arctis Nova, that HyperX with the insane battery life, and the official Pulse Elite ones for the 3D audio. Honestly, reliability is everything when you're upgrading to something like a PS5 Pro. Tbh, reading about your connection issues reminds me so much of my old roommate's situation last year. He had this one headset that worked perfectly for like two days, but then it started picking up some random interference from the apartment next door. Every time he sat down for a long session, he would just hear this faint, distorted radio station instead of his game audio. We spent weeks trying to figure it out, moving his console to different corners of the room and even wrapping his router in foil at one point... total nightmare lol. He never did find a fix for it and eventually just gave up and played with the TV speakers for a month while he was tilting. Its crazy how one little tech glitch can just ruin the whole experience... hope whatever you end up with doesnt have those weird frequency quirks.

Honestly, I've been using the <a href=" https://www.amazon.com/s?k= SteelSeries+Arctis+Nova+7P+Wireless&linkCode=osi&t=t=5422-20" target="_blank" rel="nofollow sponsored">SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7P Wireless for months. It has 38 hours of battery and the 3D audio sounds amazing for the price.
