Just picked up the Belkin BoostCharge Power Bank 20K with USB-C PD. It's a bit pricey ($60-70 range) but charges my 15 Pro Max super fast and can recharge it multiple times before needing to be recharged itself. The build quality is excellent and it hasn't overheated even during heavy use.

For fast charging your iPhone 15 Pro Max, consider power banks with high wattage output (look for 20W+).
