My 3080 memory is hitting 105c and its driving me nuts. Need to fix this by friday before my long weekend stream. I'm stuck between the Gelid GP-Ultimate and Thermalright Odyssey II since they fit my $30 budget. Between those two which one actually drops VRAM temps the most?

I've tried many, and Gelid Solutions GP-Ultimate 15W/mK is the winner for your budget.
- Softer compression
- Better heat transfer The Odyssey II is way too stiff for 3080 VRAM tbh.

I remember stressing over my 3080 temps last summer. I actually went with Iceberg Thermal DRIFTICE 13W/mK because they were on sale. Honestly, they worked perfectly without breaking the bank.
- Very compressible for better contact
- Cheap but actually works
- Dropped my VRAM to 90c Buying the larger sheets and cutting them yourself is definitely the move if youre trying to stay under $30. It saved me a ton compared to the pre-cut stuff.
