Yeah RTX9090 is basically spot on. For most people, the performance difference between the budget cards and the premium ones is so tiny you wont even notice it in games. I usually tell people to just go with ASUS or MSI and call it a day... you cant really go wrong with either of those brands. Technically speaking, you're mostly paying for a slightly better heatsink or maybe a factory overclock that adds like 2 fps max. If you find a dual fan setup from a big brand, the noise levels will be way better than the single fan blowers anyway. Tbh, just pick the one from those brands that fits your budget and looks okay in your case.
