I think RX 7900 XT is the best choice. Or Maybe you can wait Black Friday deals on RX 7900 XTX.

literally in the same boat right now... been staring at my cart for hours. trying to find that perfect performance sweet spot under 800 is a nightmare tbh. im so torn between these two and honestly scared of making the wrong call:
pros: dlss 3 is a lifesaver for frames and the power efficiency is decent.
cons: only 16gb vram might be a bottleneck soon if you play at 4k.
pros: that 20gb vram is huge for future proofing and raw raster performance is nuts.
cons: ray tracing is honestly underwhelming and it runs pretty hot. just make sure you double check your case clearance... these cards are freaking massive nowadays. i almost bought one yesterday before realizing it wouldnt even fit in my mid-tower. still cant decide tho...
