So I finally managed to secure a PS5 Pro preorder and Im honestly buzzing. Ive been gaming on a base PS4 for years so this is gonna be a massive jump for me. My setup is in my living room where I have a pretty decent 4K OLED, but since I have a cat who loves knocking things over, I need to be careful about how I manage everything.

I went down a rabbit hole on Reddit and saw a ton of people swearing by those all-in-one cooling stands with the built-in charger ports. But then I saw another thread saying those actually block the vents and can mess up the airflow, which sounds like a nightmare for a console this expensive. Im also confused about the storage situation. I see people recommending internal SSDs like the WD Black SN850X, but do I really need that right out of the box or is the internal drive fine for a few months? My budget is roughly 200 bucks for accessories, but I dont wanna waste it on cheap plastic junk that will break in a month.
