So I am in a bit of a panic right now because I have this massive freelance project starting Monday morning and my setup is a total disaster. I work between an older iPad Pro 12.9 and a Surface Pro 7 because some clients need files in specific formats and I prefer different apps on each. Carrying two keyboards and two styluses is literally driving me insane and I keep forgetting which pen goes with which screen. I need one single setup that plays nice with both OS systems without me having to spend ten minutes re-pairing everything every time I switch devices.

I am currently looking at a few options but honestly I am so stressed I cant decide. Option one is the Logitech K380 keyboard paired with an Adonit Dash 4. I know the K380 is great for switching between devices with those easy-switch buttons but I am worried about the lag on the Adonit stylus since it isnt native tech like the Apple Pencil or the Surface pen. My second choice is getting the Microsoft Designer Compact Keyboard and just finding some random universal stylus on Amazon but I have heard the connectivity on those can be super spotty when you move between iPadOS and Windows.

My budget is pretty tight, looking to stay under 130 dollars for the whole combo because I just had to pay my quarterly taxes and I am broke lol. I live in the downtown Seattle area so I can run to a Best Buy or Target tonight if they have it in stock but I dont want to waste gas if the combo is gonna be trash. I really need something that has a decent battery life and wont give me connection issues in the middle of a drawing session. The main thing is the stylus compatibility across both screens... does that even exist in a way that doesnt suck for actual professional work?

Has anyone actually found a keyboard and stylus combo that works seamlessly across Windows and iOS? Am I dreaming or is there a holy grail out there that fits my budget and timeline...

In my experience, you should definitely grab these two:

> does that even exist in a way that doesnt suck for actual professional work? Stumbled upon this and wanted to chime in. I have been very satisfied with the Logitech K480 Bluetooth Multi-Device Keyboard for my daily workflow. Its quite reliable. For the pen, the Adonit Note-M Dual Mode Mouse Stylus works well across various devices. Its basically a safe, budget-friendly choice that handles professional tasks decently... definitely helped me save some cash after tax season. This setup is really solid.

Like someone mentioned, Adonit is basically the only brand that pulls this off. I have been really satisfied with the Logitech Pebble Keys 2 K380s Multi-Device Bluetooth Keyboard for switching between my devices. It is super quiet and light. Quick tip: check the open-box section at Best Buy to save extra cash for your taxes. Also, keep a microfiber cloth handy since universal styluses can be smudge magnets sometimes...
