My phone is unresponsive, and I want to restore it to factory settings. Can someone provide a step-by-step guide on how to do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

To perform a hard reset on your Samsung Ativ S, follow these steps:
- Ensure your phone has enough battery life.
- Turn off the device by pressing and holding the power button, then select "Turn off."
- Press and hold the Volume Down key and the Power key simultaneously.
- Continue holding the Volume Down key while releasing the Power key.
- Wait for the startup screen with an exclamation mark "!" to appear, then release the Volume Down key.
- Press the buttons in this order: Volume Up, Volume Down, Power, Volume Down.
- Wait for the reset process to begin, which may show a loading message.
This process will erase all personal data and settings, so ensure you have backups if needed.
