I'm building a new gaming rig and have decided to go with the GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER graphics card. I want to ensure that I pair it with the best CPU to maximize performance and avoid bottlenecks. What CPUs would you recommend for this GPU? I'm open to both Intel and AMD options.

For intel CPU, I highly recommended the 14700K.
