What is the best GPU to pair with the AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D for optimal gaming and productivity performance? I'm looking for recommendations that balance price and performance, especially for high-resolution gaming. Are there specific models that work particularly well with this CPU? Any insights on compatibility or performance benchmarks would be greatly appreciated!

Jumping in here because i was in the same boat recently. With a $1000 limit, i had to choose between the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 Super 16GB and the AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX 24GB. I spent way too much time watching benchmarks lol but what i learned is that it really depends on your specific workflow. I went with Nvidia because i do a bit of rendering on the side and those CUDA cores make a massive difference. Plus DLSS is kinda like magic for high-res gaming. But if you just want the most frames for your money and dont care about ray tracing, the AMD card is usually the better value. It has more VRAM too which is better for future-proofing in my opinion. Both will handle that 9950X3D just fine, it just depends on if you want the extra features or more raw power.
