To hard reset your LG Optimus GT540, follow these steps:

Backup Your Data: Before proceeding, ensure you back up any important data, as a hard reset will erase all user data, including pictures and music.

Turn Off the Phone: Power off your device completely.

Press and Hold Keys: Simultaneously press and hold the Volume Down Key and the Power/Lock Key located on the back of the phone.
