Hi everyone, I’m having trouble with my Huawei Ascend G300 and need to perform a hard reset. The phone is frozen, and I can’t access the settings menu. Could someone guide me through the steps to reset it? I’ve heard about using hardware buttons, but I’m not sure which combination to use or how to proceed. To perform a hard reset on your Huawei Ascend G300, follow these steps:

Power Off: Ensure the device is completely turned off.

Enter Recovery Mode: Press and hold the Volume Up button, the Call button, and the Power button simultaneously. Continue holding until the Huawei logo appears, then release all buttons.

Navigate Recovery Menu: Use the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons to navigate through the options.

Select 'Wipe Data/Factory Reset': Highlight this option and press the Call button to select it.

Confirm Reset: When prompted, confirm the action to proceed with the factory reset.
