> Planning to buy the RTX 5070 Ti for my new PC build. Quick question before you hunt for stock, what kind of power supply are you planning to run with that? You gotta make sure it can handle the transient spikes if you want it to be reliable long term. I've been so happy with my current build since it stays super quiet and never crashes, which is a massive relief after my last nightmare rig. Actually, my last PC used to make this weird humming sound every time I opened a browser. It sounded like a tiny bee was trapped inside the case. I ended up naming it Buzz and almost felt bad when I finally upgraded and the sound went away. My desk feels too quiet now honestly. anyway lol sorry kinda went off topic there

> Will RTX 5070 Ti in stock at Amazon on release day? This whole thing reminds me of when I was trying to put together a value build back during the 30-series craze. I was so determined to get a card at MSRP to keep my costs down. I stayed up till 3am refreshing the Amazon page like a maniac while drinking way too much coffee. It turned into this huge ordeal where my browser kept crashing and I ended up just staring at the out of stock button for hours. I was actually pretty happy with the card I eventually got months later tho. It worked well for my needs and I didnt have to overpay in the end. No complaints about the final performance even if that launch day was a total mess... just a wild experience looking back at it.
