Im honestly so fed up with my phone dying by 2pm every single day. My lightning cables keep fraying at the base and I feel like Im constantly burning money on chargers that stop working after a week. It drives me crazy when I'm trying to navigate around Chicago and my phone just cuts out. I need a setup that actually lasts. What are the must-have accessories that arent just total garbage? My budget is like 100 bucks total. Im looking for:

A portable battery that doesnt weigh a ton

A cable that wont snap in two days

Maybe a decent magnetic stand?

Is there anything actually reliable out there or am I just doomed?

Im so stoked because I finally just upgraded to the 16 Pro Max after sticking with my old phone for like four years! Im super clumsy though so I need a screen protector asap. I saw some people on Reddit swear by those cheap 3-packs on Amazon for like 10 bucks, but then I read a review saying they wont sit flat on the new rounded edges and might mess with the touch sensitivity. My local Apple store is trying to charge me fifty bucks for the Belkin one which feels like a total rip off. Does anyone actually use the cheaper ones without issues or is it just gonna ruin the screen feel?

Ive been using MagSafe since the 12 Pro dropped and honestly I thought I had it all figured out, but my old third-party puck just crapped out on me. Im looking to refresh my desk setup before I head back to the office next month. I have a budget of maybe 100 bucks for a couple of pieces, but there is just way too much cheap junk on Amazon right now. Ive been using iPhones since the 4S but I just picked up the 15 Pro and realized my old drawer full of random cables is basically useless now. Everything is USB-C and I feel like Im starting from scratch. Im heading to Japan next month and need a reliable setup because I cant deal with my battery dying mid-transit.

im honestly losing my mind trying to find a decent case for my iphone 15 pro. i work on a construction site in chicago, and between the dust, the concrete, and me just being a total klutz, my phones usually end up shattered within three months. i need something that can actually take a beating but isnt the size of a literal brick, you know?

i spent all last night digging through reddit threads and tech blogs. a lot of people swear by the otterbox defender, but then i read a bunch of recent comments saying the rubber grip wears down way too fast and gets all stretched out after just a few weeks. then i looked into those uag monarch cases because they look super heavy duty, but im worried they might be overpriced for what you get and i dont know if the metal bits on the back would mess with my magsafe charger. my budget is maybe around 60-70 bucks tops because i have a vacation coming up in two weeks and i need to save some cash, but if there is something truly indestructible i might be able to stretch it a little.

Ive always just gone with basic silicone cases but my 15 Pro just took a nasty spill on the sidewalk in downtown Seattle and now the bezel is pretty scuffed up. Im looking for something heavy duty but not too bulky since I keep it in my pocket for work. Is a tempered glass screen protector still the gold standard or is there something better?

So I finally upgraded to an iPhone 15 last week and I keep seeing these magnets on the back of the case when I scroll through social media. I honestly feel so out of the loop here, sorry if this is a dumb question but is MagSafe just a fancy way of saying it sticks to things? Im really confused by all the options out there. Honestly so fed up with my current setup right now. I spent way too much money on this cheap magnetic ring I found on Amazon and it keeps peeling off whenever I pull my phone out of my pocket. Just this morning it got stuck to the inside of my jeans and my phone fell screen-first onto the sidewalk. Thankfully I have a screen protector but I had a mini heart attack thinking the glass was shattered. I commute about an hour on the train into the city every day and having a reliable stand or grip is kind of a dealbreaker for me since I watch videos to kill time. My budget is probably around 50 bucks because I already wasted money on that junk one but I need something that actually stays attached.

Im looking for suggestions for MagSafe stuff that wont let me down. Maybe a decent wallet or a solid finger loop? I just need something that actually sticks to the back of the phone and doesn't feel like it's gonna fall off if I look at it wrong. Does anyone have a wallet that stays on tight? Is it actually safe to use random third-party charging cables with my iPhone 15 or am I just setting myself up for a fried battery? I am honestly freaking out a bit because my original Apple cable finally gave out this morning and I have a huge cross-country flight tomorrow where I absolutely need my phone to stay alive.

I was looking online and saw people swearing by Anker cables saying they are MFi certified or whatever but then I saw a bunch of horror stories on Reddit about cheap knock-offs causing port damage or even phone fires. Its super confusing because some forums say as long as it fits the USB-C standard it doesnt matter but others claim the handshake protocol on iPhones is finicky and proprietary. My budget is like 20 bucks max since I already spent a fortune on this trip and I cant afford to hit up the Apple Store in the airport because those prices are insane.

Am I gonna ruin my charging port if I just grab something from a gas station or a random tech kiosk in the terminal? Has anyone actually had their phone die because of a non-Apple cable or is that just fear-mongering from the company to get us to pay 30 bucks for a piece of wire?
