Try this. Press and hold VOLUME UP + POWER ON device. This is ftm recovery mode, you need android ZTE driver for pc eg. win 7, XP etc. and ZTE Racer ROM img file.
You need to reinstall image firmware then you can do recovery via recovery menu wipe data / factory reset ZTE Racer. You can find img and driver files on the web.
