  1. Turn your ZTE android phone off.
  2. Press and hold Volume DOWN + POWER keys together.
  3. When you see the android robot press Volume UP and press POWER for a moment.

  5. Press power to the next screen
  6. highlight again Yes -- delete all user data
  7. press power to confirm hard reset the device. All data will be wiped out.
