You can reset your ZTE Grand S Flex device's password: Turn off your phone, then turn it on. Select emergency dial. Input *983*987# in emergency dial-up pad. It will restore factory settings and your personal data will be erased.
Reset Your Grand S Flex Andorid Phone from menu
The Factory data reset option erases all data on your phone and restores it to original factory settings. The data removed from the phone includes your Google Account, all system and app data and settings, and all downloaded apps.
1. Touch HOME > APPS > Settings > Backup & reset > Factory data reset.
2. Touch Reset phone.
If you want to remove all data saved to an installed microSD card, tick the Erase SD card check box before touching Reset phone.
3. Touch Erase everything and then follow the prompts to confirm the reset
To reset the ZTE Grand S Flex device from time to time for optimum performance, power off the device and remove the battery. Reinsert it and turn on your Andorid phone.
Factory data reset: Reset your phone to factory default settings. All your personal data from the phone’s internal storage will be erased. You can also erase the data on the memory card during the process.
The only way to revert to an unencrypted phone is to perform a factory data reset, which erases all your data.
If you forget your Andorid unlock pattern you set, try five times any pattern and touch Forgot pattern? to sign in to the Google Account you have added on the phone and reset the screen lock. Note: You need an active Internet connection.
If you cannot get into your phone you can also upgrade the phone software to reset the unlock pattern, remove the password or the security PIN.
There are several ways to upgrade your phone software:
1. Use the online upgrade tool for mobile terminal products.
2. Use the one-press upgrade package offered by your mobile service provider.
3. Use the upgrade package on your SD card.
