Use this method to hard reset your PORTABLE QUAD-BAND Samsung Smiley phone: Enter *2767*3855#. Warning! All your data including contacts, messages etc. will be lost! Copy all your necessary data/Contacts/Messages etc. to SIM or make backup to your PC before full reset! Take out SIM card before full reset.

Use Reset settings to set phone settings to their default settings. The following options are available:
– All: Phone, Display, and Sound, are returned to default values.
– Phone settings: only phone settings are returned to default values.
– Display settings: only display settings are returned to default values.
– Sound settings: only sound settings are returned to default values.
To reset your settings:
1. From Idle mode, press Menu ➔ Settings ➔ Reset settings ➔ Reset settings.
2. Highlight option(s), or highlight All, and press the
key to mark selections.
3. Press Reset.
4. Enter your password in the New password field and press Confirm.
5. At the Reset settings? prompt, press Yes to reset the settings.

Reset Settings
To Reset Settings to the factory default values follow the steps below:
1. From the standby screen, press the left soft key for Menu
2. Select Settings (4)
3. Select Reset Settings (9)
4. Select Reset Settings (1)
5. Highlight one or more of the following Reset Settings options:
o All: the Phone, Display, Sound, Bluetooth, and Call settings are returned to default values
o Phone settings: only phone settings are returned to default values
o Display settings: only display settings are returned to default values
o Sound settings: only sound settings are returned to default values
6. Press the OK button to check their box(es)
7. Press the left soft key for Reset
8. Enter the password then press the left soft key for Confirm
9. Press the left soft key for Yes to confirm reseting to the factory default settings
T359 Master Reset
To perform a Master Reset follow the steps below:
1. From the standby screen, press the left soft key for Menu
2. Select Settings (4)
3. Select Reset Settings (9)
4. Select Master Reset (2)
5. Enter the password then press the left soft key for Confirm
6. Press the left soft key for Yes to confirm the Master Reset
