Samsung Galaxy Proclaim S720C hard reset
- power off the phone
- take the SD and SIM card out if you have them and push the volume up and volume down button and the power button at the same time till a screen comes up that says erase data\ factory reset
- push the down button and the home screen or home button it will delete everything and then will say reboot now hit the volume up and it will reboot

Press Application button, then Settings > Reset settings: Reset your settings to the factory default values.

to prevent misuse of your personal information.
Clear stored credentials and reset the password.
Note: This setting only appears if you have installed encrypted certificates.
1. From the Home screen, press the Menu Key, then touch Settings ➔ Location & security.
2. Touch Clear storage to clear stored credentials and reset the password.
