Menu > Settings > Reset > Reset settings > tick or untick any of the following options:

Select all
Sound profiles

once you've chosen the options to reset, press Reset, enter your password and press OK.


Use this method to hard reset your Samsung GT-C3300K Champ phone: Enter *2767*3855#. Copy all your data/Contacts/Messages etc. to SIM or make backup to your PC! You need Samsung PC suite sync tool or Kies.

If your phone is frozen take out battery and reinsert it. Simple C3300K soft reset.

There is a way you to reset software, you can reflash your C3303K firmware with flash loader 7.7.x


Turn off C3300K and connect it to PC using microUSB cable and Press VOLUME DOWN + LOCK key combo while you connect your champ phone. Install driver and flash loader software.

Press SET MODEL button Select C3300_LIBRE_Setting_v02.mdl and select application binary C3300KJP.ptt

Select C3303KJPJI2.tfs and

Select CSC File
Start flashing and reconnect  using microUSB cable and Press VOLUME DOWN + LOCK key combo while you connect your champ phone.

General advice: Before you buy a new cell phone or new tablet, please try the following procedure to repair your device in a software way. First charge your battery, backup your important data if possible and in most cases take out SIM and SD card before doing factory reset. If you are about to sell your phone and you want to wipe your personal data, or if your phone affected with virus you have to do a hard reset. In some cases, you can delete the forgotten password or lock pattern from your device as well. All information is for devices with stock based ROMs. If you are using rooted device, always back up your EFS folder first, containing your IMEI info, etc.! Please also note, that a hard reset operation will not unlock your mobile phone's SIM lock or network lock, but it will remove the unlock pattern, remove the user password or PIN password (NOT the SIM card's 4 digit PIN code). Also note that the firmware version will not be affected in any way, it will not be downgraded, it will remain the same you are using and if you have rooted your device, root privileges remain also unaffected.
