Use this method to hard reset your Samsung B7722 phone: Enter *2767*3855#. Warning! All your data including contacts, messages etc. will be lost! Copy all your necessary data/Contacts/Messages etc. to SIM or make backup to your PC before full reset! Take out SIM card before full reset.

Go to Settings > Phone settings > Memory settings
Access and alter the following settings to control your
phone’s memory use:
• Clear phone memory: Erase the selected data from your
phone’s memory.
This will permanently erase all selected data from
the phone’s memory.

Go to Settings > Phone settings > Reset settings
Reset various settings to the factory default values. Select
which settings to reset. You must enter your phone
password to reset the settings.
