MyAudio 708AG firmware update / firmware upgrade method 1.

1. Download the firmware .img file and Rkbatchtool from the official website  (Update 2016: Sorry the website myaudioworld closed, no support in the future. I have firmware for about 4-5 models, find me on FaceBook)

2. Start RkBatchtool.exe (Rockchip Batch Tool).

3. Connect the tablet to PC using USB cable. When device is connected, the square labaled 1 below "Connected devices" turns pink.

4. Select the button next to FW path (marked 1.) and browse .img firmware file.

5. Click on Switch (2.) button to get the device in recovery mode. Wait for the pink button turn into green.

6. Click on Upgrade button. MyAudio 708AG Firmware update will start. DO NOT disconnect the device during the update process. Wait until the firmware update will finish and the device reboots. Now you can diconnect the tablet.

MyAudio 708AG firmware update / firmware upgrade method 2.

1. First time you need to install Rockchip USB driver on Windows OS. To do it  first turn off the tablet and Hold down VOLUME down button and connect the tablet to the PC using USB cable. Be sure to press the volume down- while you connect the usb cable. Now you can install the driver on Windows. Driver files are located in the downloaded Rockchip batch tool / RockUSB driver folder. official website download page

2. Start RkBatchtool.exe (Rockchip Batch Tool).

3. Select the button next to FW path (marked 1.) and browse .img firmware file.

4. Connect the tablet to PC using USB cable. Turn off the tablet. Press and hold Volume Down on the tablet while you connect the usb cable.

When MyAudio 708AG device is connected, the square labaled 1 below "Connected devices" shouldturn green.

5. Click on Upgrade button. MyAudio 708AG Firmware update will start. DO NOT disconnect the device during the update process. Wait until the firmware update will finish and the device reboots. Now you can diconnect the tablet.

General advice: Before you buy a new cell phone or new tablet, please try the following procedure to repair your device in a software way. First charge your battery, backup your important data if possible and in most cases take out SIM and SD card before doing factory reset. It is impossible to recover your data after doing a hard reset, so online backup is always important. For all of your data, a backup should be done on an external device, hard drive, raid system or media. With or without insurance, if your cell phone lost, damaged or stolen at least your invaluable data is backed up in a safe place. If you are about to sell your phone and you want to wipe your personal data, or if your phone affected with virus you have to do a hard reset. In some cases, you can delete the forgotten password or lock pattern from your device as well. All information is for devices with stock based ROMs. If you are using rooted device, always back up your EFS folder first, containing your IMEI info, etc.! Please also note, that a hard reset operation will not unlock your mobile phone's SIM lock or network lock, but it will remove the unlock pattern, remove the user password or PIN password (NOT the SIM card's 4 digit PIN code). Also note that the firmware version will not be affected in any way, it will not be downgraded, it will remain the same you are using and if you have rooted your device, root privileges remain also unaffected.
