hold silent + volume up + camera key and power on
don't release any key release only power button& wait till triangle to appear
after that release all buttons then again press " volume up & camera buttons together you will see a format menu scroll down to wipe data factory reset with volume down key & press silent key on the top to select.

To reset your phone to factory settings and erase all
the data on your phone, press Menu > Settings > Privacy > Factory data reset > Reset phone.
Warning: All data on your phone will be deleted. Data on your memory card will not be deleted.

Note: If you forget your unlock pattern, you will need to reset your phone to its initial factory settings

Please also note, that a hard reset operation will not unlock your mobile phone's SIM lock or network lock, but it will remove the unlock pattern, remove the user password or PIN password (NOT the SIM card's 4 digit PIN code). Also note that the firmware version will not be affected in any way, it will not be downgraded, it will remain the same you are using and if you have rooted your device, root privileges remain also unaffected.
