Before you buy a new cell phone or new tablet, please try the following procedure to repair your device. First charge your battery, back up your important data if possible and in most cases take out SIM and SD card.

Motorola T190 reset:  Menu > Phone setting (4) > Restore (4-9)
Reset all settings to default. Enter the phone code (the default phone code
is 1234) and press Motorola T190 reset (OK) or Motorola T190 reset twice to confirm.
