Motorola DROID PRO XT610 hard reset
1. With the phone power off, press M and R keys and Power button.
2. When the screen wakes up, press @ key or both volume keys together to bring up options.
3. Select 'wipe data/factory reset' and then Yes, delete all...data.
Factory Data Reset is a tool used to remove everything that was imported, added or installed on the device.
WARNING: When using this feature; everything is deleted. Nothing stored on the MicroSD will be affected.
Important Note: Your contact and email information is automatically backed up to the Gmail server. Your information will be restored when you login with your user name and a password.
To Perform a Motorola DROID PRO XT610 Reset
1. Press Menu
2. Touch Settings
3. Touch Privacy
4. Touch Factory data reset
5. Touch Reset Phone
6. Touch Erase Everything
To reset your phone to factory settings and erase all the data on your phone, touch Menu > Settings > Privacy > Factory data reset > Reset phone.
Warning: All data on your phone will be deleted. (Nothing on your memory card is deleted.)
