If user turns on the phone with pressing and holding Power + Home + Down volume key at the same time (for five seconds), the phone will turn on and perform factory reset immediately. Please note, after you perform Hard Reset, all your data and 2 3 applications on your phone will be erased and cannot be reversed.     Using Safe Mode

    Using Safe mode * To recover from malfunction state of your phone Turn off your phone and reboot. While your phone is powering back on, press and hold the Menu key during Android Logo is displayed. Your phone will boot all the way to the main screen and display "safe mode" in lower left corner. Select Settings> Applications>Manage applications, and choose the application then select an Uninstall icon. After uninstalling the application, turn off and reboot your phone.
