Using the Hard Reset (Factory Reset)
If your phone does not restore to its original condition, use a Hard Reset (Factory Reset)
to initialize it.
1 Turn the power off.
2 Press and hold the Power/Lock key + Volume Down key.
3 LG Logo appears on the screen and After a few seconds, FACTORY HARD RESET screen will appear, Now release all keys.
4 The phone will allow you to select the factory reset function in the Android system
5 Press the Power/Lock key and your phone will be restored to its factory settings.
To cancel, press any other key.
If you perform a Hard Reset, all user applications, user data and DRM licenses will be deleted. Please remember to backup any important data before performing a Hard Reset.
To reset your LG Optimus L9 II Android hard reset phone to factory settings and erase all the data on your phone, Select Settings → Back up and reset→ Factory data reset → Reset device→ Delete all.
Resetting the phone does not erase any system software updates you have downloaded or any files on your microSD card, such as music or photos. If you reset the phone in this way, you are prompted to re-enter the same information that you did when you first started Android.
You can use LG Mobile Support tool to repair your LG cell phone, after download select menu Customer Support > Recovery Phone
Go to Support > Mobile Phone Support > Select the Model (LG-D605).

If the screen freezes or the phone does not respond when you try to operate it:
Press and hold the Power/Lock key for 10 seconds to turn your phone off.
