LG Optimus 2X SU660 Android hard resetWARNING: All of your data will be lost!
If it does not restore to the original condition, use Hard Reset (Factory Reset) to initialise your phone.
When the phone is turned off, press and hold the Power + Volume down keys at the same time (for over ten seconds), the
phone will turn on and perform factory reset immediately.
Please note, after you perform Hard Reset, all your data and
applications on your phone will be erased. This cannot be reversed.
If you perform Hard Reset, all user applications, user
data and DRM license will be deleted. Please remember to
back up any important data before performing a Hard Reset.
If you select Factory data reset, it will erase all of your personal data from internal phone storage, including information about
your Google account, any other accounts, your system/application data and settings as well as any downloaded applications and DRM license.
Resetting the phone does not erase any system software updates you have downloaded or any files on your microSD card, such as music
or photos. If you reset the phone in this way, you are prompted to reenter the same information as when you first started Android.
If you can’t recall your LG Optimus 2X P990 unlock pattern, PIN or password:
If you have tried to log on to your Google account on the phone and failed to use correct pattern five times, tab the Forgot pattern
button. You will then be required to sign in with your Google account to unlock your phone.
If you haven’t created a Google account on the phone or you forgot it, you need to perform a factory reset.
You can use LG Mobile Support tool to repair some LG cell phone model, after download select menu Customer Support > Recovery Phone
