Select Menu > Settings > Reset settings - Select this to reset your phone to its default configuration. You are requested to
enter the security code.

The security code protects the unauthorized use of your phone.
The default security code is set to ‘0000’ and the security code is required to delete all phone
entries and to activate the Reset settings menu. Also, the security code is required to enable or
disable the phone lock function to prevent unauthorized use of the phone. The security code default
setting can be modified from the Security > Change codes.

If your LG KF350 frozen, take out battery and reinsert it.

Also note that the firmware version will not be affected in any way, it will not be downgraded, it will remain the same you are using and if you have rooted your device, root privileges remain also unaffected.
