Resetting LG CT810 Incite

Press and hold both VOLUME DOWN + CAMERA + END buttons (POWER ON LG Incite device). LG CT810 Incite reset key Align screen will appear if you success hard key reset.

Warning! After a hard reset, the device is restored to its default settings—the way it was when you first purchased it and turned it on. Any programs you installed, data
you entered, and settings you customized on the device will be lost.

Clear Storage Tap this icon only when you need to remove all your data and files from the
memory and reset your device to factory default settings.

Go to Start > Settings> System tab > Clear storage > Enter password 1234 in both password fields.

Tap Start > Setting > System tab and select Clear Storage.
After entering your password, press the Enter.
Select the check boxes for the types of memory that you want to remove.
Press the Clear.

A Hard Reset should only be performed after all other trouble shooting options have been exhausted.

You can use LG Phone software update tool to update your LG Incite phone firmware if supported.

To soft reset / restart LG CT810 press RESET key

Use the stylus to press the reset key and hold it for a while. Your device may shut down. Press the
POWER button, the device restarts and displays the Today screen.

Please also note, that a hard reset operation will not unlock your mobile phone's SIM lock or network lock, but it will remove the unlock pattern, remove the user password or PIN password (NOT the SIM card's 4 digit PIN code). Also note that the firmware version will not be affected in any way, it will not be downgraded, it will remain the same you are using and if you have rooted your device, root privileges remain also unaffected.
