Reset Settings
This function allows you to restore factory settings. To do this, you need the security code.
Master Reset: Restores the settings (e.g.: Audio, Display, Language, Date &
Time, Bluetooth® Settings) stored in the handset memory to default values.
Master Clear: Deletes downloaded/user created contents (e.g.: images, videos)
from Handset content and the External Memory card.

- Deletes all downloaded/user created Images, Videos & Sounds from the Handset Memory.
- Restores Deletes Personal Information stored in the handset memory (e.g.:
address book, messages, tasks, alarm, Calendar schedules) to default values.
- Restores the settings stored in the handset memory to the default values

Security code (4 digits)
The security code protects the unauthorized use of your phone. The default security
code is set to ‘0000’ and the security code is required to delete all phone entries and
to activate the Reset Settings menu. The security code default setting can be modified
from the Security Settings menu.

You can use LG Mobile Support tool to repair some LG TE365 cell phone model, after download select menu Customer Support > Recovery Phone

General advice: Before you buy a new cell phone or new tablet, please try the following procedure to repair your device in a software way. First charge your battery, backup your important data if possible and in most cases take out SIM and SD card before doing factory reset. Please also note, that a hard reset operation will not unlock your mobile phone's SIM lock or network lock, but it will remove the unlock pattern, remove the user password or PIN password (NOT the SIM card's 4 digit PIN code). Also note that the firmware version will not be affected in any way, it will not be downgraded, it will remain the same you are using and if you have rooted your device, root privileges remain also unaffected.
