Take out the SIM card. Be sure to charge your phone.
On the dial screen enter this Huawei U9510 hard reset reset code: ##258741 then press CALL button.
Warning! All your data including contacts will be lost, so back up all your data before doing a Huawei U9510 hard reset / full reset.

Upgrade will erase all your data, please backup your data before upgrade and charge your battery at least 30%

Power off your handset. Insert the microsd card with dload/update.app folder and file in the root directory into the handset.
