Huawei U8652 AT&T Fusion hard reset using software upgrade
Download Huawei Fusion upgrade software and unzip it onto your microSD card root folder as dload folder.Disable the USB mass storage feature of your phone.
Use a USB cable to connect your phone to your computer.
If the handset is not already powered off, power the device off now.
Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Power key at the same time.
After the Huawei logo and Android Logo appear, a blue setting screen will display. Release the Volume Up and Power keys.
Scroll to Wipe data/factory reset and press the Power key to confirm the Master Reset.
Scroll to Yes - delete all user data and press the Power key to confirm.
When the Data wipe complete is displayed, select Reboot system now and press the Power key to confirm reboot.
The device will power off and back on. Once powered on, the customer will be prompted to go through initial device setup.
Pls try this one also if the above is not working.
Power off your phone.
Press the volume up and volume down keys at the same time + POWER on AT&T U8652 (If that not working press Volume UP and POWER). The upgrade screen with a progress bar is displayed. When 100% done take out battery then reinsert it after a few sec. Do not interrupt the upgrade process!
Power on the phone. Phone will boot as normal.
All data, apps, etc. will be lost!
