Huawei JOY hard reset

Before you buy a new cell phone or new tablet, please try the following procedure to repair your device. First charge your battery, back up your important data if possible and in most cases take out SIM and SD card.

Turn off your Huawei JOY phone. Press and hold Volume UP + Call + Power ON your Huawei JOY. Use middle optical touchpad in the recovery menu to select items. To unlock Huawei JOY select Factory reset.
