How to soft reset Alcatel OneTouch 983?

Restart your cellphone by pressing and holding the Power key.
Remove the battery and re-insert it, then restart the phone.

You can also use ALCATEL Android Manager to manage phonebook, SMS, logo, ringtones and all other files on your phone.
Install ALCATEL Android Manager.
Install driver.
